RESA ("RESA", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

This policy applies to this website and to communications between RESA and current or prospective clients. Our own applications — Countasty, NetReelz, Whisper and CareerLens — are each covered by their own in-app privacy policy. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have specific rights under GDPR, detailed in Section 7.

Data We Collect

Information you provide: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and project details when you submit an inquiry, sign a contract, or communicate with us.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our website, collected via server logs and analytics tools.

Project data: Files, credentials, specifications, and other materials shared with us in the course of delivering services.

How We Use Data

We use collected data to: deliver and improve our services; respond to inquiries; send project updates and invoices; comply with legal obligations; analyse website performance; and personalise communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

Data Sharing

We share your data only with: subcontractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations (under NDA); cloud and infrastructure providers used to host our services and this site; and regulatory authorities when required by law. Advertising partners such as Google may collect data through cookies as described under Cookies. We do not sell personal data.

Advertising. This website shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Data Retention

We retain client contact and contract data for seven (7) years after project completion to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. Project files are deleted within 90 days of project close unless longer retention is required by law or agreed in the SOW.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; and data portability.
