The studio
behind it.
A small software studio in Egypt that builds and runs its own products — and takes on client work with the same people.
We exist to make
ambitious software
real.
RESA started the way most studios don’t: by building our own products first. Countasty, NetReelz, Whisper and CareerLens are ours — we wrote them, we host them, and we answer the support mail.
That changes what we bring to client work. We’ve already made the expensive mistakes on our own time: the dispatch logic that didn’t survive contact with real riders, the video player that ate a month of data plans, the moderation that needed to run before upload rather than after. Client projects get the version that works.
Values that aren't.
Not the kind you laminate and hang in a conference room.
We use what we build
Four apps of our own, running on our own servers. Every architectural shortcut we take, we pay for ourselves — which is a very effective filter.
Radical transparency
We say when something is off, when scope creeps, when an estimate was wrong. No surprises at invoice time.
Opinions, not options
When you ask how something should be built, you get an answer with a reason attached — not a menu and a shrug.
Built for real networks
Mid-range Android phones on cellular data, Arabic and English, cash payments. Designing for that from the start changes almost every decision.
