All content displayed on NetReelz is protected by copyright. Redistribution, re-uploading, or sharing without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

جميع الأعمال المعروضة محمية بحقوق الطبع والنشر، ولا يجوز إعادة نشرها أو تحميلها بدون إذن.

Your rights & responsibilities حقوق وواجبات المستخدم

As a NetReelz user, you agree to:

• Not upload or share content that violates any local law or infringes on third-party rights.
• Not use the platform for spam, hacking, or any form of abuse.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.

• عدم رفع أو مشاركة محتوى مخالف للقانون أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.
• عدم استخدام التطبيق في السبام أو القرصنة.
• الحفاظ على بيانات الحساب وعدم مشاركتها مع الآخرين.

Limitation of liability حدود المسؤولية

NetReelz is not liable for temporary service interruptions, technical failures, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.

Subscriptions الاشتراكات

• Subscription plans are billed according to your chosen period — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation stops future charges; access remains until the current period ends.

تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ الاشتراك قبل موعد التجديد. الإلغاء يوقف الخصم القادم، ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة الحالية.

Free episodes with ads مشاهدة إعلانات مقابل حلقة

Users without a subscription can unlock new episodes by watching a short ad — free access to premium content, no paid plan required.

Cancellations Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

Eligible refunds Technical issues only

Refunds are issued only if a verified technical error prevents content playback and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

الاسترداد يتم فقط في حالة وجود خطأ تقني يمنع المشاهدة ولم يتم حله.

Non-refundable period Already used

No refunds are issued for any period during which the service was actively used.

لا يتم استرداد المبالغ عن الفترة التي تم استخدامها بالفعل.

• Mobile number

• Location (country / region)
• Payment method details — tokenized, never stored in plaintext

In the app, in two taps Fastest

The quickest route is inside NetReelz: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered number and the request is filed immediately. Use the form below if you have lost access to the app or to your account.

أسرع طريقة من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم التأكيد بكود التحقق. استخدم النموذج بالأسفل إذا فقدت الوصول إلى التطبيق أو إلى حسابك.

What gets deleted ما الذي يُحذف

• Your profile — name, email, mobile number, age, gender and region
• Your watch history, watchlist, likes and viewing progress
• Saved payment tokens and your device / notification identifiers
• Support conversations tied to the account

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد، رقم الموبايل، السن، النوع، والموقع.
• سجل المشاهدة والقائمة المحفوظة والإعجابات ومواضع المشاهدة.
• وسائل الدفع المحفوظة ومعرّفات الجهاز والإشعارات.
• محادثات الدعم المرتبطة بالحساب.

What we must keep Legal minimum

Payment and invoice records are retained for the period Egyptian tax and financial regulations require — currently five years — and are kept detached from your deleted profile. Anonymised, non-identifying usage statistics may remain in our analytics.

تُحفَظ سجلات الدفع والفواتير للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين الضريبية والمالية المصرية (خمس سنوات حالياً) منفصلة عن ملفك الشخصي بعد حذفه، وقد تبقى إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة الهوية.

Timeline المدة الزمنية

• Within 48 hours — we confirm the request by email and verify that it came from the account owner.
• 7-day grace period — the account is suspended but recoverable. Reply to the confirmation email to cancel.
• Within 30 days — all data listed above is permanently erased and a final confirmation is sent.

• خلال ٤٨ ساعة: تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد والتحقق من هوية صاحب الحساب.
• مهلة ٧ أيام: إيقاف الحساب مع إمكانية التراجع بالرد على رسالة التأكيد.
• خلال ٣٠ يوماً: حذف نهائي لكل البيانات مع إرسال تأكيد أخير.

Before you send Irreversible

• Deletion is permanent once the 7-day grace period ends — the account cannot be restored.
• An active subscription does not stop on deletion. Cancel it first in Settings → Subscription, otherwise billing continues to the end of the current period.
• Deleting does not by itself entitle you to a refund — see the Refund Policy.

الحذف نهائي بعد انتهاء مهلة السبعة أيام. ألغِ الاشتراك أولاً من الإعدادات، فالحذف لا يوقف التجديد تلقائياً ولا يعني استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة.

What you see before you pay
